All Alēra plans include a dedicated Nutritionist, weekly bespoke meal planning, ongoing in-app nutrition support, chef coordination and delivery scheduling and full access to the Alēra app for tracking and feedback.

Individual Plans

Designed for people who want a personalised meals tailored to their personal goals, preferences, and health needs.

Your nutritionist creates and manages your meal plan, coordinates with your chef, and reviews your progress through the app — so all you need to do is enjoy your meals.

Partner Plans
(2 separate meal plans)

Ideal for households where two adults want individualised nutrition support.

You will:

  • Share the same Nutritionist and chef

  • Receive two completely separate meal plans and tailored support

  • Have meals tailored independently to each person’s goals, preferences, or health considerations

Additional Users Plan (1 meal plan, multiple people)

This option is ideal for couples or families who are happy to eat from one shared meal plan.

  • The primary account holder receives the bespoke nutrition plan

  • Additional users share the same meals prepared under the primary client’s nutrition plan.

  • The chef simply prepares extra portions

Additional users do not have their own Alēra profile or meal plan. We only record:

  • Allergies

  • Strong preferences

  • Portion sizes

Because there is minimal additional nutritionist work, we only charge a small one off admin fee of £25 per user.

Alēra’s Onboarding Process

Before your meals begin, we take the time to understand you — your health, your lifestyle, your preferences, and what you want to get out of working with us. This ensures that everything we design going forward is genuinely tailored to you, not based on assumptions.

During this phase, we gather all the information we need to build your Alēra plan properly from the start.

Upon joining, there is a one off fee of £350 per client. This cost covers everything you will receive in the first week of joining Alēra - please see the drop down list for detailed explanations of what to expect.

  • An in-depth questionnaire designed to give your Nutritionist a complete picture of your health, habits, goals, preferences, and any considerations that need to be taken into account when designing your meals.

  • An introduction to how Alēra works, what to expect from your experience, and how to get the most out of the service from day one.

  • You’ll gain access to your private Alēra dashboard, where you’ll manage your meals, view your plans, track habits, leave feedback, and communicate with your team — all in one place.

  • We carefully match you with a Nutritionist and a personal Chef suited to your needs, preferences, and location, and introduce you to your team so you know exactly who is supporting you.

  • Within five working days of joining Alēra, your Nutritionist will deliver your Health & Nutrition Blueprint — a detailed overview of your current health picture, key priorities, and the nutritional approach that will guide your meals moving forward.

  • A curated set of recommendations to support your plan, including breakfast ideas, snacks, supplement considerations, and key lifestyle focus areas that complement your meals.

  • Absolutely, here’s a step by step of how to organise meals for your children.

    When you apply for Alēra, select the membership option you’d (e.g Partner Pro 5) and underneath where the question reads ‘How many additional users would you like to add to your service?’ select the number of additional portions of meals you would like to add to your delivery.

    Once you have been accepted to Alēra, you will be asked the following about the additional user(s):

    • Name

    • Allergies or intolerances

    • Size of portions required

    • Strong preferences

    We do not offer any further meal tailoring than this to additional users. If users would like to be able to further customise their meals they must instead apply for a Partner Plan and they must be over the age of 18. We do not offer meal plans to anyone under the age of 18.


    Please note that all meals will be prepare to exclude all serious allergens regardless of who is receiving the meals to ensure the safety of the individual with the allergen. Please see our Allergen and Intolerance Policy for more information.

  • Extra portions will be charged via your chefs invoice. They will charge for the additional ingredient cost and for the additional time spent preparing the meals. Delivery related costs will remain the same as all meals will be delivered together at the same chosen time on your delivery day.
